I already have the Special Edition Viedo. But I was wondering if I should get the DVD or not. Does it have like behind the scenes and stuff like that??

Hi josie651971 i have the DVD & video there is quite a bit extra on the DVD but i found it interesting as there's deleted scenes and lots more i haven't watched it in a week or so but if i remember anymore i'll post it up, Diane

If you have a DVD player, good god yes get the DVD! The movie looks so much better and the quality will never (well never say never) go down unlike VHS, which degrades everytime you play it. The DVD has about 2 hours of extra stuff and then there's some DVD-Rom stuff too. I bought it on sale but, compared to some of the lack of extras Mark's old movies have and how much I had to pay to get them, even retail POTA is cheap...

If you like the special effects and makeup stuff you'll be in for a treat.

i have the dvd and its pretty good, it shows like how they made apes walk like em' and stuff like that pretty intresting not that much of mark but its still worth it!!
